Family Affair
Doug, Judy and Janelle came over last night to
help celebrate Jeff and Doug's birthday (on Feb. 13th) and to open up the Christmas presents we missed getting on Christmas Eve. The 8 of us had a tea party on Grandma Ina's china and then opened gifts. The kids had a great time "gussying" up their Uncle Doug with ribbons, a process the rest of us enjoyed watching, since Doug always looks cool and collected with never a hair out of place.
While Judy and Vika read the kids' new Dr. Seuss ABC book, Ali and Janelle rehashed old times upstairs in her room. It was a fun evening and we look forward to spending more time with Jeff's side of the family.
