Slaves to Fashion

Actually, that assesment is unfair. My kids aren't slaves to fashion. It's more accurate to say that I am a slave to kids' fashions. Vika would be perfectly content to flit about in her tinkerbell costume, worn over a pair purple pajama pants with her plastic high-heel shoes. Eamon, on the other hand, prefers to run around naked (do boys ever outgrow this?).

The real problem lies with me. I love buying them clothes. The people at Old Navy know me personally. It's actually a bit embarrassing. But, with two kids who wear the clothes so well, how can I resist?

Um.. excuse me! How cool are they! It doesn't hurt that their mom has such good taste!

They are so cute and cool. Mine is The CHildren's Place....I just can't not go there. And while I have one who cares, my little diva, my youngest would gladly wear her bathing suit all the time. Or be nekkid. It's girls too, not just boys. I don't know when the outgrow it.

I hear you..I'm already picking out things and the kid isn't even here yet! I say if you can afford it, go for it - you're right, they wear it well!

I got an A- on the vocab. thing too. If I didn't get an A I would have been quite embarrassed since I am a teacher.

I love, love , love, the pics of the kids showing off their Fash-ons! They could do the commercial!
