Book Worm

I've always been a big reader (well, since I could read, anyway). I love books, and probably spend more money on them than on anything else. So, when I saw this list floating around in blogland, I decided to post it here too.

I love all of Jane Austen's books, as well as the Harry Potter series. I've also enjoyed some Dan Brown books, and personally, I thought Angels and Demons was better than The Da Vinci Code. In my opinion, To Kill A Mockingbird is one of the best books every written, and if you have not yet read it, I really think you should (and check out the movie as well - Gregory Peck is an awesome Atticus Finch).

Are there any books on the list that I've missed which you would recommend?

Look at the list of books below:

*Italicize the ones you want to read
*Leave plain the ones that you aren’t interested in.

I love this list! I've read almost the list. I copied your list and added my bolds and italics...but the html tags don't show up with cut and paste. (hence my deleted post!). I've been pretty bad about reading lately...actually, since I got engaged a year and a half ago. I really enjoy historical novels/biographies. Alison Weir - the Tudors, Henry, Elizabeth, Mary. Her bios read like novels. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the Ayn Rand books (Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead) and also enjoyed The Stand and Kane and Able (a very long time ago). Charlotte's Web is a great book to read to children.
