Doctor Nyet
The kids had to go to the doctor's office yesterday, and both received 4 vaccines. Not a pleasant experience for either of them. We took them to Baskin Robins afterwards, kind of as a consolation prize, and they both enjoyed hot fudge sundaes.
Unfortunately, Eamon struggled a lot during the shots, and as a result, his legs were quite sore for the rest of the night. It may make us bad parents to say so, but Jeff and I both found his stiff legged walk more than a little amusing. When he finally sat down on the stairs in protest and refused to walk any more, we had to take a picture. Poor little guy looked so pathetic! To add insult to injury, he and Vika both have nasty medicine which they need to take for the next several days. It should be a real joy bringing them back to the doctor for their follow-up visit in 4 weeks!
