Rain, Rain, Go Away!
Before I had kids, I loved the rain. I could curl up on the couch with a book, drink some tea, and just enjoy a lazy afternoon. Needless to say, those days are gone. A rainy day now means that I have to keep two preschoolers entertained, in the house, without any real opportunities to run around and generally tire themselves out.
I think that during the entire month of March, we've had only 6 days without rain. For those of you who don't want to do the math, that means 25 days of rain, clouds, wind, and occasionally, hail. Enough is enough already! Can we please have some sunshine? Maybe a temperature above 63 degrees? Throw me a bone! The kids and I are going crazy!
