SPF - Hold them, Squeeze them, Love them!
Since it’s National Breast Cancer awareness month Kristine over at Random and Odd gave us an easy, yet topical assignment.
Here are our pot holders. Jeff and I like to get kind of funky, kitchy stuff for our kitchen, hence, the animal oven mitts. The crocodile pot holder was a souvenier from Australia Zoo (Crocs Rule!). I can't
remember where we got the zebra... Anyway, these pot holders get a lot of use and are quite icky (despite numerous washings), but I can't quite seem to get rid of them.
These pumpkins actually grew in our backyard! We didn't plant any pumpkins, yet there they were, just the
same. I guess one of the little white pumpkins we threw out last year must have dropped some seeds.
This is my something pink. It is a fuzzy, thigh-length coat that Jeff hates and I love. I don't know why I love it. I'm not really a pale pink sort of girl. But for some reason, when I
saw it hanging on the rack, I knew that it must be mine.
Although I must confess that when I wear it, I sometimes feel that I stick out like a sore thumb. A very pink, sore thumb. Don't tell Jeff though.
