Holy Crap, the Lifebooks are Done!

I've completed the kids' books from before they were born through their first year home. I also included their re-adoption day. Dang, that was a lot of work! They look pretty good though, and the kids are both very happy with them. I'll try to post a few pages later.

For now, I'm going out for a drink! The teachers from my school are getting together to lament the end of summer. Next week, it's back to work.

I saw the books today and they are really nice. Made me tear up in several places.

I remember those days. I dont mind the end of summer anymore now that I am home. Have a stiff drink and plenty of laughs. Cant wait to see your finished product of the books

    Congrats on getting them done!

I started off trying to do the traditional lifebook, but have basically made mine into scrapbook/babybook, journal type things, no creativity, just alot of documentation.
No one would ever accuse me of being creative!

Congratulations!!! That is such a monumental task. And the kids really will appreciate it - maybe sooner than you think.

BTW, we just got back from our LONG vacation to Florida. Man, it's good to be home. :)
